TEEN CAMP 2025
June 23-27, 2025!
Teen camp is around the corner! We are excited to see you at camp this year, and know God is going to move in a powerful way in the hearts and lives of all that attend.
Teen Camp Information:
What: Teen Camp 2025
When: June 23 @ 10am - June 27 @ 11am
Where: Our Lady of Kea'au
Who: Incoming 6th - Graduated 12th grade
Why: To grow closer to Christ and have a blast
Cost: Oahu- $175/ Outer Island- $75
Oahu sibling cost- $150
*registration must be completed by June 22nd payment can be made on the first day of the event.
UNREGISTERED CAMPERS AND LEADERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. BOTH ADULTS/LEADERS AND YOUTH NEED TO REGISTER.
Leaders will need their HIPAC IDs
If you need to cancel please do so no later than June 19th. If you cancel after this date you will still be responsible for Teen Camp Payment.
Bring the Following
A great attitude
Bible, notebook, pen/pencil
Shoes, socks, slippers
Bedding, pillow, sleeping bag or blanket, etc…
Toiletries (towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste/brush, deodorant, insect repellent, sunscreen)
Flashlight (with fresh batteries)
Daily change of clothes & jacket (messy day clothes too)
Over All Dress Code
Boys:
Shirts must be worn at all times, except in the allowed areas
Shirts/clothing must not display any form of profanity or derogatory images (i.e. swear words, drugs, women, etc.)
Girls:
Shirts must have straps
Shirts must reveal no cleavage or midriff
Shorts must be at least finger-tip length

If your child's attire is not in accordance with the camp dress code, the camp leaders will ask your child to change into something more appropriate.
All clothing needs to be worn in the pool.
Camp Guidelines
One of the main goals of the camp is to provide each participant with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Please carefully read the following points of focus with the your child. These guidelines help the staff to best service and monitor the safety and enjoyment of each participant. Camp rules will be covered at camp and reinforced throughout the week.
1. DO NOT BRING spending cash, matches, lighters, knives, fireworks, firearms, weapons, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, illegal item(s), or any item(s) that could possibly harm another participant at camp.
2. The Camp Director with a Staff Member reserves the right to search any bag and confiscate any item(s) found that may cause injury or jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of any or all individuals participating in camp.
3. Refusal to comply with Camp Director and/or Staff Member will result in immediate notification of parent(s)/guardian(s) to determine further action. In the case of search and seizure of item(s), safety for participant(s) of camp will be the number one priority.
4. Participation and attendance of all events is mandatory.
5. Campers must remain in designated areas at all times.
6. Any property damage will be paid for by parent/guardian.
If your child needs to be sent home for violation of the camp rules it will be the parent/guardian’s responsibility to get them home.
The use of a cell phone at camp will not be permitted.
If you need to contact your child please call their local church leader or any member of the NYI Council. If your child is using their phone while at camp their phone will be confiscated until camp is over.
Sleeping Arrangements
The teens will be in tents. If you are from Oahu and would like to bring your own tent you are more than welcome to do so. Tents will be provided for all teens. No other bedding will be provided. If you are from Oahu you are welcome to bring an air mattress or cot to sleep on.

YOUTH Presidents/PASTORS
YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR GROUP REGARDLESS OF IF YOU ARE GOING TO THE EVENT.
Things you may need to know:
Please sponsor the leaders you send. By doing so you are saying that you have completed the necessary training and background checks for your leaders.
If you are not the one traveling with the youth please ensure that the camp staff have the phone number of the adult that will be traveling with them.
If no flight times are submitted it will be assumed that you do not need transportation.
We suggest you take away the phones of the students at camp and give them back to them when camp is over.
Registration is closed.
Please be aware that all participants of Teen Camp will need their name on the Registration. Anyone whose name is not registered will not be allowed to participate in Teen Camp.
